The program is exclusively open to 1st-year female students enrolled in the flagship 2-Year PGDM program from ONLY the following campuses:

Program Registration
Individuals are required to register as solo participants. The same should be done within the mentioned deadline and ensuring that only accurate data is being submitted; failure to do either will result in immediate disqualification.
Tracks & Roles
There is only one track of Supply Chain Management. Based on performance in the hiring process post the program, the candidates will be selected for summer internship, post which, there will be performance-linked conversion to Management Trainee (SCM) role for eKart, our Supply Chain Operations arm.
Vidyarthini will move across 3 milestones, with each stage designed to provide participants with opportunities to network, upskill, and learn from the Flipkart leadership and functional experts.
Screening
All registered candidates will undergo a screening process. Evaluation will be based on:
- Academic performance and consistency
- Non-academic achievements and accolades
- Candidates shortlisted in this round will proceed to the next stage.
Online Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a brief synopsis for a given problem statement. The submissions will be evaluated by Flipsters to identify the Top 100 Vidyarthini Scholars.
A detailed brief will be shared with relevant participants when this round goes live.
The Immersion (In-person Immersion & Networking Session)
The Top 100 Vidyarthini Scholars will be invited to the Flipkart Headquarters in Bengaluru (sponsored by Flipkart).
During the visit, scholars will:
- Participate in a group discussion round
- Meet senior leadership and inspiring Flipsters from supply chain
- Receive a certificate of selection

Hiring Process
All scholars who visit the headquarters will enter the hiring process for the summer internship. Further details will be communicated to students via their respective placement committees at a later stage.
